Please Australian government don't make any more bad announcements, please only say good things about the economy so the dollar gets a bit stronger (60 is fine with me now). Please Japanese government say bad things about your economy so that the Yen gets weaker. I read that you were going to try and help it get weaker (its affecting their exports, Japan needs to export to survive) so please do that by Wednesday. Thank you.

The Yen

oh i feel your pain. last year when i went to tokyo i booked all my hotels at 97 and when it came to check out it was down to like 83. which doesnt sound like much but when u have budgeted for 7 nights and your wammed with an extra 10% at checkout it sucks!

I remember when I was planning my holiday to Japan last year, I freaked when the dollar hit 80 yen!!! I didn't change my $$$ thinking it would go back up. Ha! It was around 65 yen by the time I went on hols.
