This blog is a personal blog written and edited by me. For questions about this blog, please contact Hayley Hughes at fashionhayley1@gmail.com.
What camera do you use to take your photos?
I use a NikonD90 with it's kits lens.
Who takes your photos?
Whoever is around, mostly my husband or other family and friends.
How do you keep your hair looking so healthy?
The truth is I don't. My hair is mousy blonde to begin with so the bleach I use to lighten my hair is a low vol and I don't need much time for it to work its magic. I use silicone free shampoo and conditioner and then a leave in conditioning spray daily as my hair is too fine to not wash every day - it gets weighed down very easily.
Why did you start your blog?
It began back on September 1st 2006 as a way to keep my friends and family up to date on the year I was spending living and working in Tokyo, Japan. I never expected anything to come from my blog as at the time blogs weren't what they are today. My 7 year blog birthday is coming up in September which is just crazy to me - time flies when you're having fun!
Do you actually wear this stuff?
Yes!!!
How did you meet your husband?
We met in 2001 when I was interested in the university course he was studying. We have been together ever since - 12 years and counting.
Wait, you're married?
Yes, we got married/eloped while living in Tokyo on the 5th of May 2007 surrounded by friends in Yoyogi Park in Harajuku. You can see photos here and here.
